Keynote Abstract: Cultural Agility: Working Successfully with Global Cultures – The ability to work fluidly with diverse cultures is an indispensable skill in today’s global and multicultural work environment. From this session participants will gain a greater understanding of the cultural values and motivations that influence workplace cross-cultural interactions. Strategies to bridge differences, collaborate effectively, and achieve organizational goals will also be explored.

Keynote Speaker: Susan Gandhi Schultz has been an intercultural, global diversity, and workforce development consultant for over 20 years. She is an intercultural consultant with Chevron Corporation, and also works with clients in technology and other industries. Using knowledge and skills gained through personal international living experience and graduate degrees in Business Management and Intercultural Studies, Susan helps people develop the confidence to work successfully in the global and multicultural workplace. On a personal note, Susan is in a cross-cultural marriage and raising two bi-cultural children.
