Title: Building a Security Resilience Exercise Program Webinar

CPE: 1 hour

Abstract: Join Archer’s Nick Weber to learn how to build a security resilience exercise program. Many exercise programs start and end with paper drills but never truly get to tabletop or team training exercises. This presentation works through common hurdles with tactics and tips to overcome those challenges. Participants will learn how to build support across the organization for meaningful exercises, develop and implement your strategic plan, and transition your program into a sustainable steady-state activity.
