ONG-ISAC and Booz Allen Webinar

Briefing Abstract:
Oil and Natural Gas, as part of Critical infrastructure, is a highly targeted and threat volatile area. In today’s world, the ability to quickly identify and understand an enterprise’s exposure, while increasing its capability to handle emerging and advanced threats, typically relies on static analytics, leaving most organizations with a substantially reactive cybersecurity posture. In contrast, forward looking cybersecurity entities are leveraging threat intelligence, grey space initiatives, and proactive hunt capabilities to address the questions of who, what, when, and how-long as they apply in the cybersecurity context.

In this discussion we will use our past experience and industry leading capability to characterize a successful, next generation hunt- targeting key threat actors, and demonstrating how organizations can utilize the knowledge of their environment, coupled with advanced intelligence, to bolster their defenses and decrease their attack surface.
