Title: Cyber Insurance – Key Coverages And Potential Pitfalls

Abstract: The energy sector presents unique cyber security risks. Insurance is a key part of planning for and mitigating against those exposures. However, cyber insurance does not provide a one-size-fits-all solution. This presentation will address the variety of policy terms that are available and that should be considered when purchasing insurance. In addition, the presentation will identify potential pitfalls to avoid if there is an incident and insurance is needed to recover losses and expenses.
