Title: Building and Maintaining an ICS/OT Cyber Workforce.

Abstract:

Finding, hiring, and retaining cybersecurity professionals with ICS/OT experience is arduous. The number of factors working against organizations to properly staff and resource their ICS/OT cybersecurity teams is immense (workforce shortages, budget limitations, org site/location reqs, etc.) So if we’re struggling to find or afford the qualified ICS/OT cybersecurity professionals externally, how can we build, staff, and train our teams to execute their mission, harden, and increase resiliency in our environments, with the personnel we already have?
