Title: Data-Driven Third-Party Risk Management: The Road to AI

Abstract: Generative AI is only as good as its underlying datasets. In the TPRM space, those datasets now exist. This presentation explored these datasets, TPRM maturity, and possible AI futures. In addition, key findings were shared from SecurityScorecard analysis across the ONG-ISAC membership, including prominent vulnerabilities, high-concentration risk third parties, Threat Actor connections, and published Ransomware data.

Speaker: Matthew Ancelin | Principal Solutions Architect – Alliances | CISSP, CTPRP, CNSE

Bio: Matthew Ancelin started in technology in 1983 and has been a cybersecurity professional since 2008. Currently, he serves as Principal Solutions Architect for Alliances at SecurityScorecard. He held previous cybersecurity roles at both Palo Alto Networks and McAfee. Matthew is a veteran of the US Army Signal Corps, where he specialized in secure microwave communications systems.

Matthew has earned the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Palo Alto Networks’ PCNSE (Certified Network Security Engineer), and Shared Assessments CTPRP (Certified Third Party Risk Professional). He earned his undergraduate degree from Park University in 1997, while still enlisted in the Army. Matthew earned his Master’s degree in CyberSecurity from the University of Dallas in 2013 and subsequently returned as an adjunct professor teaching cybersecurity at his alma mater.
